One on-hand quantity: a product at the store as a whole, or at one inventory location.

location | string | The inventory location; empty on a store total. |
onHand | number | Quantity on hand exactly as the POS stores it. Negative values are real (the store sold more than it received or counted) and are never clamped to zero. |
productCode | string | The store product code the quantity belongs to. |
updatedAt | string (date-time) | When the POS last changed the quantity (UTC). Absent when the store's POS keeps no such time. |
No other fields appear.
