`generatedAt` required	string (date-time)	When the store agent read the data from the POS.
`nextCursor` required	string	Pass as cursor to read the next page; empty on the last page.
`requestId` required	string
`source` required	string	Always live: read from the store at request time. One of: live.
`tags` required	array of `PosTag`	One page of product tags in a stable order that is not alphabetical (the POS's row id, or on a list built from the products a hash of the value); sort by name yourself for display. Customer tags are never listed. At most 500 items.
`billing`	`BillingMeta`

Other fields can appear later. Ignore the ones you do not know.
